A few pictures you haven't seen yet.
When Sally Russick sent out the photo prompt "Take a Walk" I thought, well here's one I can phone in! But no, I always try to take fresh pictures, so the fact that most of the pictures I have taken for this activity have something to do with my daily walks with Bebop, should not keep me from posting some new ones.
Here goes.
|
Love taking pictures of this bridge that leads across the stream opposite my house |
|
An old cemetery, houses built around it, but it was allowed to remain. |
|
We cross over the same water twice. |
|
The curve in front of our house. |
|
Bebop leading the way. |
|
Daffodils pushing through leaves and garbage by the road side.

I have more pictures in an album, HERE.
Wonderful pictures and looks like Bebop is loving the walk! plenty to sniff :)
ReplyDeleteYou sure have a variety of things to see on your walk! The cemetery would be interesting to explore. Isn't it cool that something as pretty as the daffodil can still bloom in the midst of debris!
ReplyDeleteLovely neighbourhood - a walk through is a memory to cherish. Thank you for taking us along!
ReplyDeleteNice post, great pics too!
ReplyDeleteHi Beti,
ReplyDeleteThat is beautiful countryside to walk through.

Ooooh, cemetery!! That might be my second favorite thing besides water...so many interesting things in an old cemetery! I'm so glad they let yours stay.
ReplyDeleteThat is an old looking cemetery, but with very fresh looking flags - that's nice to see. Lucky girl to have that pretty little bridge to cross!
ReplyDeletewonderful pictures! thanks for inviting us along :)
ReplyDeletehave a great week!
no 18 on the list
Lovely photos and it looks like spring is on its way.
ReplyDeleteI only made it as far as the mail box and back... I had good intentions to go farther ... So nice to see your signs of spring!
ReplyDeleteLooks like spring is well on it's way!
ReplyDeleteOh I would be so drawn to that bridge! What great pics!!!!
ReplyDeleteHow great to have this lovely bridge and stream so close to home. It seems Bebop loves the walks as much as you. Wonderful photos!
ReplyDeleteBebop is very lucky to have such an amazing location and mistress! Just love the bridge. It has probably taken you to many fun adventures.
ReplyDeleteSuch beauty so close. Montana is like that too - I just have to open the door and I'm awe stricken.
ReplyDeleteI love seeing people's neighborhoods. An old cemetery - I bet there are some interesting stories there.
ReplyDeleteA river with a bridge, wonderful and romantic. I love seeing your dog! How old are the dates on the gravestones, do you happen to know? Aren't they so interesting...
ReplyDeleteI love your walk, I love bridges and streams!
ReplyDeleteI didn't look at the dates, as I had the dog with me and did not want any accidents. I think from other times, long ago that I have looked, that they are mid-to late 19th century.
ReplyDeleteIt looks like you have a great walk with Bebop! Love that old cemetary and they let it remain!
ReplyDeleteThere is nothing like taking a walk with a 4 legged friend.
ReplyDeleteLooks like a lovely walk- pups are wonderful for that!
ReplyDeleteOh - I'd like snapping pics of that bridge too! And the old cemetary is pretty cool as is your 4-legged friend!! Nice walk - thanks for sharing it w/us this week!
